The first streetparade jazzband from the Netherlands, grown up as a stage-orchestra played at festivals all over Europe!
Another sad message came to us, one of our greatest fans, Donnie Donegan, sadly passed away in Worcester Hospital last week of a stroke.
She always spoke highly of the Lamarotte Jazzband and our music. For our 35th anniversary, she left the Isle of England for the first time, sadly she won’t be there to celebrate our 40th Jubilee with us anymore.
Our condolences go to the close relatives and family of Donnie.

Sad news from the Upton Jazzfestival. Our oldest fan, Clive ‘Spoons-All Capone’ is no longer with us. For us, he was the most remarkable man we’ve ever played with. Much loved by us all and by the organisers, stewards, volunteers, bands, secondliners and Upton people. On our facebook-site you’ll find an hommage to Clive.
